Our Cleaning Services DPS can help ensure your properties are cleaned to the highest standards both routinely and responsively – a key priority for social housing, health and education bodies.

Given the need for public sector organisations to remain compliant and to achieve the increased 33% UK Government SME target, procurement advice and the right cleaning solutions are an effective means to avoid becoming overwhelmed by the challenges.

Consortium Procurement is a not-for-profit membership, supporting 400 members nationally with a compliant procurement route. We support public sector organisations to transform their procurement processes, ensuring proficiency, scale, and cost-efficiency, and to foster long-lasting relationships. Cleaning Services categories –

  • Building Exterior Cleaning – up to approx. 75ft (including but not limited to building fabric, litter picking, patio, signage, guttering etc.)
  • Building Exterior Cleaning – up to and over approx. 75ft (may need working at height equipment) – (this includes but not limited to building fabric, litter picking, patio, signage, guttering etc)
  • Catering Facilities Cleaning – commercial & domestic (including dining halls, restaurants etc.)
  • Catering Facilities Cleaning – commercial & domestic (including kitchen equipment, oven cleaning etc.)
  • Chimney Cleaning/Sweeping
  • Cleaning: General (including vacuuming, dusting etc.)
  • Cleaning: Deep (including carpets, integral barrier mats, floors, upholstery etc.)
  • Cleaning: Specialist (This includes dirty protest, decontamination/disinfection/bio-fogging (e.g. COVID-19/MRSA, UVC, HPV etc.)
  • Cleaning: Trauma (including crime scene, undiscovered death etc.)
  • Cleaning supplies (including consumables and equipment) – supply only
  • Commercial Laundry Services (including sterilisation)
  • Commercial Vehicle Cleaning – general and specialised (i.e. decontamination)
  • Graffiti and Chewing Gum Removal
  • IT Equipment Cleaning
  • Washroom Services (including supply and replenishment of paper towels and holders, toilet rolls and holders, hand wash and dispensers etc.) it also includes (sanitary bin provision and disposal as well as nappy and incontinence waste bin provision and disposal)
  • External Window Cleaning (low rise/up to approx. 75ft)
  • External Window Cleaning (up to and over 75ft – may need working at height equipment)
  • Internal Window Cleaning (low rise)
  • Internal Window Cleaning (high rise – may need working at height equipment)
