The Materials Supply and Managed Services offering was designed to ensure best practice, service innovation, customer service and community engagement are at the heart of the agreement, allowing all parties to work collaboratively for their mutual benefit. The offering was created to provide alternative solutions to existing offers, with greater emphasis on value for money, account management and operational flexibility through the development of a three-tier model.

• Tier One: Materials only – using the existing Travis Perkins branch network at a pre-agreed price
• Tier Two: Managed or Dedicated Store – your own dedicated facility, this can be an existing or new Travis Perkins site or your own premises
• Tier Three: Additional Services – added value services such as automated stock replenishment, unmanned stores, emergency out of hours coverage, bespoke    delivery solutions, delivery tracking, enhanced IT and reporting arrangements
