The Procurement Reference Panel (PRP) meetings are informal networks of procurement professionals who come together to collaborate, learn from each other and share best practice. Established to provide a forum for procurement professionals from our membership to meet, help shape our framework development plan, discuss current and emerging procurement issues, and explore opportunities for mutual working.
The Procurement Reference Panel meetings are held on a quarterly basis. We always advertise the meetings in the months prior via the website, email, Twitter and LinkedIn. If you are interested in attending one of our meetings, but unsure of the dates, please contact us and we will be more than happy to confirm.
All members (except supply partners) are welcome to attend our Procurement Reference Panel meetings. We encourage interested parties who would like to take part in the meetings to let us know as soon as possible and to make the most of their presence at the meetings. There is no obligation to attend the PRP’s on a regular basis and we contact the group in advance for agenda items to ensure the sessions are always focused and topical.
We can host the Northern PRP meetings in our head office, however we do encourage members to offer office space where possible. Alongside our Northern and Midlands meetings we are also introducing Southern meetings based in and around the London area. We will be contacting our members in the near future to ask for any available space to host the Southern meetings. All dates and locations for future events are arranged at the end of each meeting.
“I was impressed with the service provided by Consortium Procurement. They understood our business needs and took ownership of the procurement process which gave me time to focus on other projects. The procurement team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and we’ll continue to work with them.”
