Please note ...

All our frameworks are in place for a period of four years and only appointed supply partners are able to bid for opportunities following the commencement of the framework.

We use Delta

delta e sourcingPlease note that we use Delta e–Sourcing portal to formally advertise our tenders and interact with suppliers. Tender submissions made directly via the Consortium Procurement will not accepted.

In order to support with the management of the framework we require supply partners to pay a small annual membership fee of £270 + VAT. The fee is renewed every year for the period of the framework agreement. The fee is only applicable to suppliers who are successfully appointed to the framework; there is no charge for participating in the tender process.

Consortium Procurement operates as the national procurement function of the Northern Housing Consortium, providing a wide range of EU compliant frameworks. We work with over 100 supply partners to offer a diverse range of services to our members across the UK.

Becoming a supply partner

We work with our members to develop frameworks that meet their needs. We also carry out regular supplier engagement events to understand the markets we work in and would like to hear from any supplier who is interested in working with us or registering their interest in becoming a supply partner.

To register your interest, please contact Nicola Benson with a brief description of the services that you are able to provide.

Benefits of being a Consortium Procurement supply partner

We have put together a benefits package for all of our supply partners to take advantage of upon commencement of their contracts with Consortium Procurement. We hope the additional marketing support that we offer will help our supply partners with the further promotion of their services as well as with establishing their brands as experts in their sectors.

Please see different kinds of benefits grouped into five sections:

Marketing & sales:

  • Consortium Procurement Welcome pack
  • Monthly e-newsletter (e-zine), which is issued to over 10,000 individuals – This will spotlight various supply member thought pieces per issue offering supply members the opportunity to gain exposure across our membership
  • Case study opportunities – provide case studies of your supply opportunities through our website, Consortium Procurement newsletter (monthly edition) and e-zine
  • Business Development team promote your organisation at each member sales visit
  • Marketing material per framework promoted at each event attended by an officer of Consortium Procurement

Framework services:

  • Frameworks offer a compliant route for members; as a supplier you will receive details of every relevant framework opportunity
  • As a supply partner of Consortium Procurement you will face reduced competition for relevant opportunities
  • Pre and post contract award support including – our procurement professionals managing the further competition process, issuing all contracts and managing the escalation process
  • Framework launch events in our offices – we organise these events upon the launch of new frameworks. Our procurement professionals lead on this providing informative sessions – this is to provide an overview of the framework, receive feedback, discuss performance and review new opportunities

Additional services:

  • Attendance at the annual Christmas Lunch (attended by member housing organisations) – only members of the Consortium can attend (additional fee payable)
  • Potential for speaker opportunities at events and conferences where appropriate

Successful Bidders who become a Supply Partner on frameworks must become a Supply Partner Member of the Consortium through the payment of an annual Membership fee for the duration of this framework and any subsequent Member call off contract.

The Supply Partner will be required to pay an annual fee currently set at up to £270.00 + VAT (the Consortium reserves the right to amend subscription fees on an annual basis in line with inflation or any other discretionary increase as approved by the Board of the Consortium) and also pay, directly to the Consortium, a commission on the value of the service they have offered to a Member.
